Q.
Do you give phone consultations?
A.
Mr. Dobkin prefers to give in-office consultations. He feels that a client
should be as serious about their matter as he is about representing them.
Therefore, if a client is serious, they will set aside the time to come
into the office. We care about our clients and want to give them our undivided
attention and provide them with quality service.
Q.
Does Mr. Dobkin charge a consultation fee?
A.
Mr. Dobkin charges a consultation fee in cases other than those involving
Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice. However, if you decide to hire
him to represent you in your particular matter, he will merge the consultation
fee into the retainer that you are quoted. In other words, the fee will
be deducted from the initial retainer fee. Mr. Dobkin feels that people
who are serious, and feel that their matter is compelling, will have no
problem understanding that he is entitled to be compensated for his time
and advice since they are valuable to the client.
Q.

A.
Yes, all cases are handled personally by Mr. Dobkin. We believe in giving

work to other attorneys as others may do.
